SPECIFICATION
HTV Vinyl Applicable Properties:
1. HTV Vinyl is a thin, self-adhesive vinyl permanent vinyl roll with a thickness of 90 microns for signage, lettering and scrapbooking. You can match any color with HTV vinyl for endless possibilities and to show the beautiful soul of Keno vinyl in the textile and apparel industry.
2. Please apply vinyl heat transfers for approximately 12-15 seconds at a temperature of 300-320°F (150-160°C) and a pressure of approximately £10. Vinyl is especially suitable for 100% cotton, polyester, wool, silk, polyester, polyester blends, leather and other fibers. Pressure-sensitive (adhesive) backing makes it easier to line up intricate designs. There is zero peel heating and cooling time.
3. Vinyl is easy for any process cutter and can be transferred with precision. HTV vinyl rolls can be cut very well and are easy to weed and transfer once you get used to its stiffer nature than regular vinyl. It also easily transfers heat to any of your textiles and clothing.
